The posture problems that come from desk work are not about weakness. They are about habituation. The body adapts to whatever position it holds most. Rounded shoulders and a forward head position develop over months, not days.

This posture support band uses a double-strap, crossed-back design to provide physical feedback: a gentle pull that reminds the shoulders to draw back and the spine to lengthen. It does not force posture into place. It makes the correct position easier to find and maintain.

The construction combines neoprene, sandwich mesh, and a breathable PP adhesive strip. The inner layer reduces heat buildup during wear. It is cut to sit under a T-shirt or light top without visible bulk.

Available in three sizes based on waist circumference. Color: black. Unisex.

1. Refer to the size guide before ordering. The fit must be correct for the band to work.
2. Put the band on seated or standing with your shoulders already in a neutral position, back, not rounded.
3. Fasten at a tension you can feel but that is not restrictive. You should breathe fully and move your arms normally.
4. Start with 1 to 2 hours of wear per day while at a desk. Build up gradually.
5. Remove for exercise, heavy physical work, and sleep.
6. Use it as a reminder tool during focused work periods, not as a replacement for movement and stretching.
