1. Unroll the mat and let it rest flat for a few minutes before use, especially if stored rolled for a long time.
2. Place on a hard, flat floor for maximum grip. The textured underside prevents movement.
3. After use, wipe the surface with a damp cloth or a diluted mild soap solution.
4. Hang to air dry or lay flat. Do not fold while wet.
5. Roll with the top surface facing outward for storage.
