Sleep tracking worn on the wrist works reasonably well. Sleep tracking on the finger is generally considered more accurate because the optical sensors sit closer to blood vessels and the signal is cleaner.

The R6 monitors heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), blood pressure, heart rate variability (HRV), sleep stages, sleep body temperature, and daily step count. It connects via Bluetooth to a companion app for trend data and analysis.

Battery capacity is 18mAh. The ring charges in a case, similar to a wireless earbud case. The ring itself is waterproof.

Available in three colors (black, silver, gold) and five sizes (No. 8 through No. 12). Sizing matters for both comfort and sensor accuracy.

Note for buyers: The R6 is an electronic wearable. Confirm CE marking compliance if purchasing for EU use. For US buyers, confirm FCC certification with the supplier before purchase.

1. Select the correct ring size. The ring should sit snugly but not tightly, with the sensor panel on the inside of the finger.
2. Charge fully before first use using the provided charging case.
3. Download the companion app and complete Bluetooth pairing.
4. Wear on whichever finger you find most comfortable. Many people use the index or middle finger of their non-dominant hand.
5. For sleep tracking, wear the ring to bed. Sleep stage data will appear in the app the next morning.
6. Charge in the case when the app shows a low battery indicator.
