This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on thesomaserenity.com and operated by The Wellness Sanctuary LLC.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 7-15 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather events, or customs processing. Soma Serenity is not responsible for delays outside our control.
4. Shipping Rates
- Orders over $50.00: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $50.00: Flat rate of $5.00
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your confirmation email.
6. Import Duties and Taxes
All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD). Any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by US customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer. Soma Serenity does not collect or pre-pay these charges on your behalf. In the event that a customer refuses delivery due to import duties or customs fees, the original shipping charge will not be refunded.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Soma Serenity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim. Contact us at hello@thesomaserenity.com if you need further assistance.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. Soma Serenity is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made after an order has been dispatched.
