Thank you for shopping with Soma Serenity. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Soma Serenity is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4-5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

5. Non-Returnable Conditions

• Used, worn, or show signs of wear
• Not in original packaging
• Returned without prior authorisation from our team
• Returned after the 30-day return window has expired

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the email above with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
