2. Connect the mask, neck piece, and controller, then plug in the power adapter.
3. Put the mask on, adjust the strap, and position the neck piece.
4. Close your eyes, then choose a light setting on the controller.
5. Follow the included manual for session length and frequency.
6. Switch off, unplug, and wipe the mask clean after each use.
