Some evenings, the most restorative thing you can do is lie back and stay still for a while. This LED mask turns that into a ritual: strap it on, choose a light setting, and take a few quiet minutes for yourself.

The mask covers your face, and a separate piece rests over your neck, so you can include both in one session. A handheld controller with a digital display lets you switch between light settings without taking the mask off.

1. Start with clean, dry skin, with no makeup or active products.
2. Connect the mask, neck piece, and controller, then plug in the power adapter.
3. Put the mask on, adjust the strap, and position the neck piece.
4. Close your eyes, then choose a light setting on the controller.
5. Follow the included manual for session length and frequency.
6. Switch off, unplug, and wipe the mask clean after each use.
