Dual-Use Cordless Jump Rope

1. Choose the long rope for classic skipping, or a ball style for cordless jumping.
2. For the long rope, stand on the middle of the rope. The handles should reach about chest height. Adjust as needed.
3. Hold a handle in each hand, elbows close to your sides.
4. Turn from your wrists and land softly on the balls of your feet.
5. Start with short rounds and rest between them.

Wipe the handles and rope with a damp cloth.
Store loosely coiled, away from direct sunlight, so the PVC doesn't kink or crack.
Use on a smooth, non-slip surface. Rough concrete wears the rope faster.
