Adjustable Memory Foam Backrest Pillow

Reading in bed usually means a pile of pillows that slowly slides out from behind you. This contoured backrest replaces the pile: sit back into it, and it holds you there while you read, scroll, or watch something slow.

The memory foam backrest is shaped with zones for your neck, back, and lower back. A separate wedge sits behind it, so you can lean more upright or recline further back. Unzip the soft cover to wash it when you need to.

1. Unpack and let the foam recover its full shape for 24–48 hours.
2. Place the backrest against your headboard or sofa back.
3. Slide the wedge behind it. Move the wedge to sit more upright or recline further.
4. Sit back so your lower back meets the lumbar zone, and your neck rests near the top.
5. To lie face-down or raise your legs, use the backrest on its own.

Unzip and remove the cover to wash. Machine-wash on a gentle cycle and air dry.
Do not wash or tumble dry the memory foam core.
Air the foam regularly and keep it away from direct heat.
A slight new-foam smell is normal and fades after airing.
