Anti-Burst Yoga Stability Ball

Sitting on a stability ball keeps the body subtly active during time that would otherwise be entirely still. The slight instability requires the core and lower back to make small, continuous adjustments. Over the course of a workday, that adds up.

This ball uses thickened PVC walls and anti-burst construction, meaning that if the ball is punctured, it deflates slowly rather than suddenly. Three sizes: 55cm for heights 150 to 165cm, 65cm for 165 to 180cm, and 75cm for 180 to 190cm.

Available in light pink, light purple, light blue, and light green. An air pump is included. No separate pump needed.

Setup:
1. Remove the ball from packaging and let it warm to room temperature if stored somewhere cold.
2. Insert the pump nozzle into the valve and inflate gradually to the recommended size for your height.
3. The ball is at the right pressure when it is firm but has slight give under hand pressure. Not rock hard.

Use:
For active sitting: Position the ball so your hips are level with or slightly above your knees.
For movement and balance work: Use with your preferred exercise routine.
For floor stretching: Use as a support prop under the lower back, hips, or shoulders.

Do not use solvent-based cleaners.
Keep away from sharp objects and rough surfaces.
Store partially deflated if storing for more than a few months.
