1. Remove makeup and cleanse the face.
2. Apply a sheet mask or spread a thin layer of essence or serum.
3. Wear the mask and connect the remote to mains power.
4. Set color, energy level and timer on the remote, then start the session.
5. After 15–20 minutes, finish and massage in any remaining serum.
