The memory foam core responds to the weight and warmth of the head, conforming gradually and holding position without snapping back immediately. The slow rebound means less of the fighting-the-pillow sensation that firmer options create.

The outer cover is pure cotton, breathable and the right texture next to skin.

1. Place the pillow with the cooling gel panel facing upward for the first part of the night.
2. The memory foam will take a few nights to adapt to your head shape and preferred position.
3. If the pillow arrives compressed from packaging, allow it to expand at room temperature for a few hours before first use.
4. Use with a standard pillowcase in addition to the cotton cover for easy laundering.

Spot clean the outer cover with a damp cloth.
The cotton cover can be removed and hand-washed in cool water. Allow to dry fully before reattaching.
