Cushioned Gel Insoles

Your feet carry every hour of your day: the commute, the shift on your feet, the long walk home. These gel insoles add a soft, springy layer between you and the ground, so each step feels a little more cushioned.

Take out your shoe's existing insole, trim the gel insole to match, and slide it in. A honeycomb gel pad sits under the heel, a contoured arch follows the shape of your foot, and a U-shaped heel cup helps keep your foot settled in place.

1. Remove the existing insole from your shoe.
2. Place it on top of the gel insole, heels aligned, and trace around the toe.
3. Trim the toe end with sharp scissors. Cut a little at a time.
4. Slide the gel insole into the shoe, fabric side up, and press it flat.
5. Walk around for a few minutes to check the fit, and trim again if needed.

S: EU 34–38. 23.5cm long, 8cm at the forefoot, 7cm at the heel. M: EU 39–42. 27cm long, 8.8cm at the forefoot, 7.3cm at the heel. L: EU 43–47. 31.5cm long, 9.5cm at the forefoot, 7.9cm at the heel. Approx. US equivalents: S fits women's 4–7.5, M fits women's 8–10.5 or men's 6.5–8.5, and L fits men's 9.5–13. Allow up to 1cm variation, per the manufacturer. For the best fit, lay your current insole on top and trim to match.

Hand wash in lukewarm water with mild soap.
Air dry away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Remove from shoes between wears now and then to let them air out.
Replace when the gel starts to flatten or crack.
