Amber Apothecary Candle with Glass Lid

A straight-up apothecary classic: warm amber glass, a domed lid with a turned knob, and a hand-drawn botanical label that looks like it belongs on an old pharmacy shelf. Inside, natural soy wax burns clean and slow, perfuming bedrooms, living rooms and reading corners with eucalyptus, lavender, vanilla or jasmine. The glass lid does more than style – it shields the wax from dust, slows scent loss between burns and lets the candle double as a decor object even unlit. At 11 cm tall it lines up beautifully in groups of two or three on a tray or shelf. Fashion-simple, endlessly giftable.

1. Remove the glass lid and place the candle on a heat-safe surface.
2. Light the wick and let the first burn melt the wax edge to edge.
3. Burn a few hours at a time; never leave the flame unattended.
4. Extinguish, let cool, and replace the lid to keep the fragrance fresh and dust out.
5. Trim the wick to about 5 mm before relighting.

Never burn near flammables, drafts, children or pets. The amber glass warms during burning – handle only when cooled. Keep the wick trimmed and centered to avoid smoky flames. Stop burning when about 1 cm of wax remains. Wipe the jar and lid with a soft dry cloth.
