A hollow-core EVA foam roller with a raised grid pattern, built for rolling out muscles before or after a workout. The nodule texture gives you more contact variation than a smooth roller.

Available in three lengths (30 x 8cm, 30 x 10cm, 33 x 14cm) across Black, Gray, Pink, Sky Blue, and Light Purple, depending on size.

1. Place the roller on the floor and position the target muscle group over it.
2. Slowly roll back and forth using your body weight to control pressure.
3. Pause on tighter spots for a few seconds before continuing to roll.
4. Use before a workout to warm up or after to cool down.
5. Start with lighter pressure and shorter sessions if you're new to foam rolling.
