Heated Full-Body Massage Mat

The end of a long day often looks the same: you finally sit down, and your whole body is still holding on. This massage mat turns that moment into a proper wind-down. Lie back on the sofa, bed, or floor, pick a setting, and let steady vibration and soothing warmth do the rest.

The mat runs from a kneading pillow at your neck down to your legs, with 10 vibration points along the way. A corded handheld controller lets you choose which areas to focus on (neck, back, hips, or legs), set the intensity and heat, and pick a 10, 20, or 30 minute session. When you're done, it folds away.

1. Unfold the mat on a sofa, bed, recliner, or the floor.
2. Connect the controller and power as shown in the included manual.
3. Lie back with your neck resting on the kneading pillow.
4. Press power, then choose your target area, mode, and intensity. Start at a low level.
5. Press the heat button if you'd like warmth. The red light shows heat is on.
6. Set a 10, 20, or 30 minute session. Switch off and unplug when you're done.
