Place the cup on your skin, switch it on, and adjust the suction and warmth separately, each with 30 levels, from the buttons. The LCD display shows your settings. It charges by USB, so there's no cord to manage while you use it.

3. Place the cup flat against your skin and switch it on.
4. Start at the lowest suction and warmth levels, then raise them slowly to what feels comfortable.
5. Keep sessions short at first. Follow the included manual for session length.
6. Switch off to release suction before lifting the cup away.
