Herbal Moxa Foot Soak Bags

The oldest spa trick in the book: hot water, dried herbs, and twenty quiet minutes for your feet. Each filter bag is packed with real botanical material – warming moxa and companions – that steeps into the basin like a giant cup of herbal tea. Choose your blend by mood: the focused four-herb soak, the fuller eight or twelve-herb versions, a twelve-herb mix upgraded with sea salt, or the maximal twenty-four-herb bath. The porous pouch does the cleanup – herbs stay contained, water turns golden, and the basin rinses empty in seconds. After standing, walking or a long winter day, this is the reset button that costs ten minutes and feels like an hour at the bathhouse.

1. Place one filter bag in a foot bath basin.
2. Pour hot water (comfortably warm, not scalding) over the bag and let it steep a few minutes.
3. Soak feet for 15–20 minutes; top up with warm water as it cools.
4. Discard the used bag and rinse the basin – no loose herbs to fish out.
