Kneading Neck & Shoulder Massager

1. Charge fully before first use.
2. Choose handheld use, or position it on your neck and shoulders using the included strap.
3. Power on and select a heat level if desired.
4. Adjust placement so the kneading heads sit where you want them.
5. Power off and remove after your session.

Wipe the silicone heads and housing with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid submerging in water. Let it cool down before storing if the heat function was in use. Charge fully before extended storage.
