There's a small ceremony in opening this candle. Pull the ring, peel back the lid, and the scent is there waiting, the way you'd open something saved for a quiet evening.

Each candle is poured into a printed tin and sealed, so it arrives fresh. Two wicks light across the surface together. Every scent comes in its own pattern, so the tin looks as good on a shelf as it does lit.

What's in the box: one 100g (3.5 oz) scented candle in a sealed ring-pull tin.

1. Pull the ring and peel back the lid.
2. Trim both wicks to about 5mm before each burn.
3. On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the tin. This helps it burn evenly next time.
4. Burn on a flat, heat-safe surface away from drafts and anything flammable.
5. Never leave a lit candle unattended. Extinguish it before the wax runs low.
