Memory Foam Neck and Lumbar Pillow

1. For back sleeping: place the arc under the neck curve, head resting on the raised center.
2. For sitting: position the curve against the lower back in a chair, flat side to the seat back.
3. For reading propped up: stack it under the upper back for a gentle incline.
4. Give the foam a minute to warm and settle before judging firmness.
5. Spot-clean the cover only; keep solid foam out of water and direct sun.
