Smart EMS Body Stimulator

The EMS kit that covers the whole body instead of just the vanity muscle. The big butterfly pad wraps the abdomen; the three curved red-line pads hug the places flat stickers can't – the belly of a bicep, the sweep of a quad, a calf. Each one runs off the same small control unit: pick a program, raise the level until the muscle starts answering with visible taps and contractions, and let it work through its cycle while you're on the couch, at the desk, on a call. The unit recharges over USB and the electrode stickers peel off clean and stick back fresh, eight deep, so the kit keeps going long after the novelty of the first tingle has worn off. It's the closest thing to a training partner who never asks you to do a single burpee.

1. Charge the control unit over USB before first use.
2. Wash and dry the skin, peel the backing off a sticker and press the pad on flat, edges sealed.
3. Fit the pad to a muscle group: ab pad across the stomach, curved pads around arms or legs.
4. Power on, choose a program with PROGRAM, then raise the level slowly to firm contractions.
5. Run the cycle, then press off, peel the pad and re-stick the protective film.
6. Swap stickers when they lose tack or the pulse starts feeling scratchy.

Control unit: 75 × 65 × 23 mm, rechargeable | Programs: multiple, adjustable levels | Pads: 1 × ab pad + 3 × curved limb pads | Electrode stickers: 8 × reusable

ABS control unit, silicone/pad housing with hydrogel electrode stickers. Included in the box: 1 × control host, 1 × ab pad, 3 × curved pads, 8 × electrode stickers, 1 × USB charging cable

Wipe pads with a barely damp cloth, never wash the stickers or wet the control unit. Re-apply protective film after every use – dried-out hydrogel is the number one killer of EMS pads. Store cool and flat, charge monthly in storage.
