1. Charge fully over USB before first use.
2. Place the belt on clean, slightly damp skin (or use conductive gel) for even contact.
3. Wrap 360° and secure with the Velcro – snug, not tight.
4. Power on, pick a mode with M, then raise the level slowly until contractions are clear but comfortable.
5. Sessions run 15 minutes and switch off automatically; give muscles a break between days.
6. Wipe the inner fabric after use and store flat, buckle unclipped.

Never wash the belt or wet the control unit – wipe the fabric strip with a barely damp cloth and air dry. Charge every few weeks in storage. Keep away from heat; conductive fabric loses effect once it dries out or pills.
