1. Place the plate on a flat, hard, non-slip floor with space around it.
2. Plug it in and switch on. Pair your phone by Bluetooth if you'd like music.
3. Stand in the center with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
4. Start at a low speed or the first automatic mode, then increase gradually.
5. Keep sessions short at first, and follow the manual for session length.
6. Switch off and step off carefully when you're done.
